Cool gentle hand wash with silk-friendly detergent. Do not bleach, wring or tumble dry. Dry in shade. Iron on low from the reverse. Do not pull or soak the lace; avoid ironing the trim.

Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends or holidays begin handling on the next business day.

Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Please obtain authorization and the return address before sending your parcel. A brief try-on to check fit is allowed; ordinary returns must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, in original condition with tags and original packaging, free of stains, odors and customer-caused damage. Returns are sent to our company address in France. For a change of mind, the customer pays international return shipping. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged, defective or incorrect items; those cases are not restricted by ordinary original-condition requirements. There is no restocking fee. Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
